Another 6km on the treadmill, but I went slower than before because my let's were sore today. I guess the soreness is probably a good thing. Ran around 7.5 mph. I wanted to finish the 6km in under half an hour though, so the last bit was at 11mph. It was fast, but felt good to know I can still move that fast, even if it is only for a short time.
I've been using the heart rate monitor for the two minutes after I finish running lately too, seeing whether I can get under 120bpm. I have every time (3 days).
