Afternoon run around the Foothill loop. I went faster than I have been in an attempt to make my right shin feel better, and it totally worked. My right foot strikes flat when I run slow (unless I'm consciously thinking about it), but when I go faster it strikes heel first and feels way better. I wonder if this is an artifact of limping on several ankle injuries over the years.
In any case running faster felt better all around.
